Meet at the services at junction 14 on the M56 at 10 am for a 10.30 am departure.

The run will be around south Cheshire, Shropshire and a bit of Wales to keep away from high ground so early in the year.

The lunch stop will be the Cross Lanes Hotel between Wrexham and Bangor Y Coed (A 525) for soup and sandwiches at £ 7.50. per person.

The evening meal will be at the Antrobus Arms.
