I thought this would be the easiest way to contact you as
I will be unable to get to the Group Leaders meeting next Sunday as I need
to get the gearbox out of the '6' for some much needed work.
The reason is that a couple of our members pointed out the
other day that some of your group may have booked a static caravan(s) for our
2008 Shropshire Weekend at The Royal Hill at Edgerley before they left the event
last year? At that event last year we had provisionally planned this year's
weekend to be the 8th to 10th August, however we have now
put it back a week to the 15th to 17th August.
Obviously if this is true then they will need to know
about the change in date though I'm not sure which of your members may
have booked up. Would you be willing to ask around your members to see
if this will be an issue please?
